PU sealing rock wool sandwich panel is a high-quality energy-saving building panel with non-inflammable rock wool as the core material, galvanized or aluminized zinc color coated steel sheet as the facing, PU sealing at both ends and connected through the professional adhesives. It integrates fire proof, heat insulation, acoustic isolation and aesthetic decoration.

We adopts the new technology of 90 degree turnover of rock wool, which makes the rock wool vertical to steel sheet so that it greatly improves the compressive strength. The new rock wool sandwich panel adopts PU edge sealing to ensure good air tightness and water tightness. The PU edge sealing rock wool sandwich pane is structural rock wool in the middle, 50 mm width PU insulation materials on both sides of the panel, which can also be made into a sandwich panel filled with rock wool.

PU sealing rock wool sandwich panel takes usage of the excellent waterproof property of PU products, overcomes the shortcomings of rock wool easy to absorb water and deliquesce, effectively prolongs the service life of the products in physical properties. It combines the characteristics of PU and rock wool.
